| The Anglers' Roost is great for the couple or small family looking to enjoy a weekend
getaway, fishermen looking to stay together (over 1/2 mile of excellent

or a group of Hokies looking for comfortable lodging at an affordable cost. |
| The Anglers' Roost Cabin can sleep up to 5 comfortably. There is
one bedroom, a living room, full bathroom, and a
kitchenette. |

The
cabin is fully-furnished and all linens and towels
are supplied at no extra cost. The fully-equipped
kitchen includes a coffee maker, microwave, dishes,
pots and pans, and utensils. In addition to the bedroom,
the cabin has a living/dining room. |
| The cabin also has a covered porch that overlooks Walker Creek. The cabin is air-conditioned
and heated and has one bedroom and one bath. |

| A charcoal grill is located on the porch overlooking Walker's Creek. |

| Smoking
is not allowed in the cabin, and pets are not allowed
on the property (there is a kennel w/in 10 minutes

| Normal nightly and weekly
pricing based on two person occupancy.
Additional $20 per person per night charge over two persons. |
Weekly
pricing includes Friday check-in and Friday check-out,
7 night stay. (Please call for non-peak weekly rates). |
| Special event pricing based on five person maximum occupancy. |
| We require a minimum two-night stay on all weekdays and regular weekends and a minimum 3-night stay on all holiday and VT/RU event weekends. |
| A cleaning fee of $40 will be accessed to every rental. |
