| The Anglers' Roost is great for couples or small families looking to enjoy a weekend
away; fishermen looking for affordable lodging (over 1/2 mile of excellent
light-tackle wade-fishing access to Walker Creek); or a group of Hokies (or their opponents) coming in for the big game. |
| The Anglers' Roost can sleep up to 5 guests. There is
one bedroom, a living room, one full bathroom, and a
full kitchen. Sleeping arrangements include a double/twin bunk in the bedroom and a pull-out couch (double bed) in the living room. |

The
cabin is fully-furnished. Bed linens & bath towels
are supplied at no extra cost. The
kitchen includes a coffee maker, microwave, dishes,
pots & pans, and utensils.You are responsible for bringing your own paper products, food, spices, & condiments. |
| The cabin also has a covered porch that overlooks Walker Creek, central heating & air, and the main living room includes satellite television and a VCR/DVD. |

| A charcoal grill and fire ring are located near the cabin for Anglers' Roost guest's only. |

| Smoking
is not allowed in the cabin, and pets are not allowed
on the property (there is a kennel w/in 10 minutes
of the property). |
