| Bear
Foot Cabin is our newest addition to Walker Creek
Retreat and is open and renting. We are currently
accepting reservations for 2008. |
| Situated
on the banks of the largest tributary to the New River
in Virginia, Bear Foot Cabin is a cozy mountain hideaway
designed to sleep 6 very comfortably. The cabin is
fully furnished and all linens and towels are supplied
at no extra cost. The cabin has one bedroom, one bathroom,
and a sleeping loft. Sleeping arrangements include
two twin/double bunks in the loft and a queen bed
in the main bedroom. The fully equipped kitchen includes
a coffee maker, microwave, dishes, pots and pans,
and utensils. In addition to the bedroom, kitchen,
and loft, the cabin has a great room that adjoins
the dining the area. The cabin includes a nice front
porch and is situated directly adjacent to our large
pavilion. The great room includes DISH satellite television
and a VCR/DVD. The cabin is fully air-conditioned
and heated as well. This cabin is great for the couple,
small family, or small group. Smoking is not allowed
in the cabin, and pets are not allowed on the property
(there is a kennel w/in 10 minutes of the property). |

| Nightly
and weekly pricing
based on two person occupancy. See additional per
person charge over two persons. |
| We
require a minimum two-night stay on
all regular weekends and a minimum 3-night stay on
all holiday weekends. |
| Weekly
pricing includes Friday check-in and Friday check-out,
7 night stay. Weekly rate only offered during peak
season. |
| Angler
rate not offered on weekends or holidays/VT/RU events. |
| Rates
do not include 7% transient lodging (county) and sales
tax. |
