| About the Eagle's Nest at Roaring Run |
| Located on the banks of Craig Creek, just 5 miles from the James River, the Eagle's Nest at Roaring Run is situated perfectly to serve as your home base while exploring the area. Tubing, fly fishing, enjoying a good book, or simply sitting around the camp fire are just some of the fantastic ways to relax while staying with us. |

| There are two bedrooms, one bathroom, a great room, and an inside porch. Sleeping arrangements include a queen/twin bunk in the smaller bedroom and a queen and double bed in the master bedroom. |
| The cabin is fully-furnished and all linens and towels are supplied at no extra cost. The cabin's great room adjoins the dining area and kitchen. The great room includes DISH satellite TV and DVD. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a coffee maker, microwave, dishes, pots and pans, and utensils. The cabin is centrally air-conditioned and heated. |
| The front porch and decks overlook the creek with beautiful views and plenty of room for dining outdoors. Throw a steak on the charcoal grill or roast hotdogs and 'smores over the fire pit. |

| The Eagle's Nest at Roaring Run is great for couples, small families, and small group of fishermen or old friends. There are excellent light-tackle wade fishing opportunities on Craig Creek and Roaring Run for both trout and smallmouth bass just out the back door! |

| Policies |
| We maintain a family atmosphere at the Eagle's Nest at Roaring Run. Loud and/or obnoxious behavior is unacceptable. |
| Deposit: 50% of your overall cabin rental amount is due at
the time of reservation. A rescheduling fee of $50 will apply to any changes made to the reservation after deposit is taken. |
| Security Deposit: A $350 security deposit is held with the guests' credit card used at the time of reservation or final payment. Nothing is charged unless damages are found or excessive cleaning is required following the guests' departure. Any charges or damages will be charged to the card and the guest will be notified within 14 days of departure. |
| Payment Policy: All deposits must be made with a credit
card. We accept Mastercard or Visa only. Please call
540-921-7438 with CC information. Your balance may
be paid with cash, credit card, or check. A $25 fee
will apply to any returned checks. |
| Cancellation Policy: Before 30 days of check-in: Your deposit
will be refunded minus a $50 cancellation fee. Within 30 days of check-in: Your entire deposit will be forfeited.
Any cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in
will be automatically charged in full to the card used for deposit. |
| Check-in and Check-out: Check-in time is 4:00 PM and Check-out time is 10:00
AM. Prior to your arrival, you must contact us to arrange final check-in plans. |
| Rental Agreement: Once your reservation has been confirmed, we will send you a confirmation email. At check-in,
you will read and sign the rental agreement, receive
special instructions, directions, and other useful
information. Our rental agreement can be emailed to you upon request. |
