| The Moosehead Lodge is situated high on the bluffs overlooking the largest tributary to the New River in Virginia. With magnificent creek and mountain views, the Moosehead Lodge is a spacious mountain lodge designed to sleep up to 10 comfortably. It is located just 5 minutes from some of the more popular sections of the New River in Giles County. |

| The
lodge is fully-furnished and all linens and towels
are supplied at no extra cost. The fully-equipped
kitchen includes a coffee maker, microwave, dishes,
pots and pans, and utensils. In addition to the bedrooms,
the lodge has a living/dining room, and a walk-out basement that includes a separate den area
totaling approximately 1600 square feet of living
space. The lodge also has a 400 square foot
wrap-around covered porch overlooking the creek and Pearis Mountain (Angel's Rest). The
main living room and basement level include DISH satellite television
and VCR/DVD. The lodge is air-conditioned
and heated. |

| "What a fabulous long weekend we've had here (at the Moosehead Lodge). Roger caught about 20 fish total, mostly in the creek, and we canoed 17 miles of the New River. Saw a great star display one night and a lightening storm the next, all from the wrap-around deck, where we spent most of our time. We're already talking about bringing the whole family next summer." |

| The lodge has three bedrooms (one of which is a sleeping loft), two bathrooms (one on the main level and one on the basement level),
a walk-out basement, and a great room. |
| The Moosehead Lodge is great for the family looking to enjoy a weekend
getaway, multi-families looking to stay together,
or the group of fishermen (over 1/2 mile of excellent
light-tackle wade-fishing opportunities) looking to
stay together comfortably at an affordable cost. |

| Float tubes, horseshoes, and/or volleyball nets can be provided to enjoy on the property. In addition, you can inquire about the many activities in the New River Valley within a short distance of our retreat by clicking here. |
| Smoking
is not allowed in the lodge, and pets are not allowed
on the property (there is a kennel w/in 10 minutes
of the property). |

| Normal nightly
and weekly pricing based on four person occupancy.
Additional $20 per person per night charge over six persons. |
Weekly
pricing includes Friday check-in and Friday check-out,
7 night stay. (Please call for non-peak weekly rates). |
| Special event pricing based on ten person maximum occupancy. |
| We require a minimum two-night stay on all weekdays and regular weekends and a minimum 3-night stay on all holiday weekends. |
| A cleaning fee of $60 will be accessed to every rental. |
