RETURNS
Returns
of merchandise may be made within the first 7 days after you
receive the merchandise for a refund. Returns made between the
8th & 30th days after you have received them will be for
online credit only. No Returns will be accepted after 30 days.
To
return an item, call our business number during normal business
hours at 540-921-7438 for a return item authorization
number. Returns made without this number will not be accepted
nor refunded.
Items
returned must be in original packaging (packaging should be
in new condition as well), be in the same condition it was when
it left our store, unused & in re-saleable condition.
You
are responsible for the shipping & insurance on any items
you return.
Refunds/credits
issued will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee as well as charges
for any free-shipping we may have provided when the item was
originally shipped to you. Of course if there is a problem with
your order, no re-stocking fee or any other charges will be
charged to you.
Special
ordered items will not be accepted for returns.
We
do not handle warranty claims/returns. Those type returns should
be handled directly with the manufacturer of your product/item.
