| The
Rustic Cabin @ Walker Creek Retreat |
|
| The
front two rooms and porch on our newly remodeled rustic
cabin are over 100 years old, and the addition is
over 50 years old. The cabin sits at the bottom of
a beautiful 15 acre pasture, just 150 yards from the
Creek, and is perfect for fisherman, hunters, canoeists,
or families looking to enjoy nature and the outdoors
at its finest. Wildlife viewing, hiking, canoeing,
fishing, and camping, etc. are just a few of the activities
that can be enjoyed from our cabin. If you like to
camp but would like to relax on the front porch swing
and sleep in a bed, our Rustic Cabin is for you! It
will sleep 6 comfortably in beds. There are two bedrooms,
a living room, and a kitchenette. The kitchenette
includes a wood stove (not for cooking), dorm-sized
fridge, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. The
cabin is air-conditioned. Bed linens, hand towels,
and washcloths are provided. There is a shelter, charcoal
grill, and fire ring located next to the cabin.
The rustic cabin features running hot/cold
water and a hot water shower. The toilet is a clean,
outdoor privy. Smoking is not allowed in the cabin,
and pets are not allowed on the property (there is
a kennel within 10 minutes of the property). |

require a minimum two-night stay on
all regular weekends and a minimum 3-night stay on
all holiday weekends. |

7 night stay. Weekly rate only offered during peak
season. |

rate not offered on weekends or holidays/VT/RU events. |
| Rates
do not include 7% transient lodging (county) and sales
